- Employee data uploaded by customers (e.g., names, titles, compensation data, performance notes, review materials)
- Files or documents uploaded to Workbench
- Billing information (collected and processed by Stripe)
B. Information From Third Parties
We receive limited billing and subscription information from Stripe, such as:
- Billing address
- Subscription status
- Last four digits of a payment card
- Transaction history
We do not store or process full credit card numbers.
C. Automatically Collected Information
When you use Workbench, we may automatically collect:
- Browser type
- Device information
- Log files
- IP address
- Usage analytics (e.g., pages visited, features used)
- Cookies and similar technologies
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Workbench service
- Store and process the data you upload
- Maintain account access and authentication

- Process subscription payments

We do not use customer-uploaded data for advertising or for training machine learning models.

- Ensuring they have the right to upload this data

- The content they upload and how it is used internally
Workbench processes this information solely on the customer's instructions.

We do not sell personal information.

Vendors who help us operate our service, such as:
- Supabase (database and file storage)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Stripe (payments)
- Email infrastructure providers
- Analytics and logging tools
These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

- Comply with legal obligations
- Respond to lawful requests
- Protect rights, safety, or property
C. Business Transfers
